Service-psychology course is ongoing

A training course relating to serive-psychology was carried out on 24th Oct, 2009. The course was proposed by Mr.Wang Ting, the most professional training expert involved in marketing psychology in China. Both management and marketing teams participated in the course.

The course was divided into 4 sections: Innateness,communication, marketing and teamwork. Learning from games and effective explanations, the Baojiali team got not only new ideas but also derivations and solutions relating to the issues occurred in daily work. "We benefited a lot from the training course." One of the Baojiali staff said.

As the training achieved marvellous feedback from the staff, the head of Baojiali expressed his intention that the course of this kind will be held in the future. The courses will absolutely make Baojiali staff a most splendid team.
